I phoned o enquire about my airtime not being loaded and the lady on the other side started being extremely rude. "Oh we only load airtime on the 1st of every month" was her response!! Gues what lady it's already the 3rd.
she asked my phone number ans slammed the phone in my ear.
Rude!!!
