Cheaper laser equipment used on my face

I had paid for shea duo laser treatments and because i purchased the 50% special the ipl laser was used on my face without my consent or knowledge.
several attempts to sort this out with debbie the owner as been unfruitful. Debbie as offered no apologies and as told me herself that because i bought the so called special- i am not entitled to quality treatment.
i have sent her numerous emails and calls and am still awiting her response
I wish to place on record that you have not responded to my mail below--still awaiting your response regarding incorrect laser machine used on my face (not what I purchased or signed up for)-this was done without my consent or knowledge
i would not advise anyone to use this company-- their are other laser clinics in the area who operate with intergrity and professionalism
