I booked a limo for my brothers bachelors (the new big limos) but instead a old Mercedes limo arrives (1980s model) with torn leather seat smells liker cigarettes. no aircon inside. The driver was playing music which we didn't like and wouldnt change it. Then he drives us through the ugly city instead of a scenic route followed by us arriving 30min early for dinner and I had to ask the driver to keep driving he wanted to stop after 30min when I paid for an hour. driver was very unfriendly so I didn't give him a big cash tip as it wasn't deserved. when I emailed my complaint to shannaas the next day she responded with I don't like u not tiping the driver and I will take his tip off the money we will refund u for the cheaper limousine. now I am waiting for the money to arrive back in my account after 2 weeks!!!
Disgusting service I wouldn't use them for any event it is just embarrasing
