The driver arrived with the Limo at 5:30pm instead of 6:30pm as specifically stated, hence spoiling the surprise for my partner. The Limo Engine cut out while the driver was trying to reverse the Limo blocking the traffic in the complex & couldn't get the Limo to start therefore making a huge noise in the complex, spoiling the surprise for my partner as they were wondering what was the noise as well as what was going on. Once the Limo got going he parked and waited for us to come out at 6:30pm where I was expecting the Red Carpet to be pulled out for my partner, the driver said he did not have one which was part of the deal and part of the agreement of hiring the Limo which did not materialize. Once we were inside the Limo, again he battled to start the Limo hence stressing if we were going to get to the venue on time. Once we got going, there was no ice for the Champagne. It was also concerning that the speedometer of the vehicle was not in working condition either and battled to get the music going as well. Then we got to the venue in one piece, half way through dinner, the waiter came to ask us for food for the driver. This was not part of the deal either and was absurd
