I made a booking with Supreme limos for a limo for my daughter's wedding on the 21st of September in Potchefstroom. I paid a deposit of R3000 and then another R1400 two weeks before the wedding. On the day of the wedding I received a phone call from the limo driver saying that the limo broke down in Carltonville. We ended up not having a limo to transport the bridal party and no one from the management bothered to apologise for the inconvenience. After the weekend of the wedding I had to call the supplier myself demanding a refund. I was told to send my bank account details, but there has not been any money received. When I call them they give me the run around and keep promising that the money will reflect. I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED!!! and also discouraged after reading all the previous complaints about this supplier. At this point I am even starting to wonder whether the limo did really breakdown or was that call made from their offices because they never intended on showing up:(
