On the 10th of August 2013 the following took place:
The Limo was booked for 16H30. At 15h00 I contacted Solange to check everything was in order and req the driver name and number. At approx 16H00 my daughter called to say the Limo driver states the booking is for 3 hours only. I contacted Solange who said it was an error and she would call back when she did not call back i kept phoning her while standing at the Matric Cocktail Party missing photo's with my daughter. After an hour i eventually gave up as my calls were just ignored, i sent a text message but to date have had no answer. The company they subcontracted was Magic Limousine"s he arranged to do the rest of the evening with us but unfortunately we had to pay him directly. He was courteous and even showed us what he had been paid. Unfortunately we had already paid Africa Limousine Logistics R7500.00 for this service
but had no choice but to pay Magic Limousine directly or have 10 children stranded. It is horrifying that companies get away with this kind of behavior, THE FACT THAT WE HAVE NOT EVEN HAD A RESPONSE FROM THEM WHEN THEY KNOW THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT WE PAID FOR AND SHOULD BE REFUNDED.
