Delay in delivery of my items- Poor service

Hello There

I have contacted EMS and they indicated that my items would be delivered on 31st January 2013 5:01 p.m and up until now I have not received them. The people working for you SAPO EMS never answer their phones and I had bad experience when I called one lady who hung up on me and this is very frustrating.
