Poor service, followed by my money

Last year I bought pots from Le Morgan. I had to fight for MONTHS to actually GET the freaking pots, and now they keep on deducting money from my account even though the full amount has already been paid!!! So first they don't deliver my pots, and now they my money?!? This is a! Get your act together and give me my money back!!!
