Went to this club in 2007 and wanted to join.was reffered by a friend whom i met at another gym which closed down.so i went there .everything was explained to me, and i was happy to join.i signed all the papers.but 3 days down the line, before i even had time to come for the first time, my then boss i was working for at a restaurant to me he was selling the bussiness and i was supposed to look for another job. So i quickly phoned the consultant who i had joined with to advise him, and he said to me, i had nothing to worry about because i was still within the period to cancel.
i phoned him the second time and he said it was fine, because the contract had been cancelled.so i never went back there again. Suprisingly 3 years later, the gym started to phone me saying i owed them money.i explained to them what had happened but they were not interested in helpin me, but milking me of money for services they never gave me.now in 2013, they have instituted a ganirshee order against me for R40 000, yet i never not even for day used their club.i have communicated my problem with the owner of the gym countless occassions through email, he promised to help, but it was all
