I've been trying to get a money back guarantee since Aug. Excuses and same questions asked all the time, yet the brochure guarantees this! My rep now told to rejoin for my refund of over R500 but she doesnt want to. Also every time I order eye liners or brow pencils that are on promote I don't receive them. Told OOS! Decided to order online, they make it seem so easy. 4 orders placed, no delivery. Have missed out on the eye liners every time they're on special, even at 29.99 ea. Told to choose a representative then when no order received am told she no longer sells Avon. Am told they can't keep updating the list, so tough luck if you choose the wrong person an miss out on your order.it says email your order and they'll choose a rep. Did that 2x now, the last being 1 Dec to make sure I get my order before the stock is sold out. Guess what, told on Friday wont be receiving my order as the rep doesn't sell Avon anymore yet I didn't choose one, I mailed it to bfab. Some say discont.an limited stock so AGAIN I've missed out. Had to query my order else I wouldn't know I'll never be getting it. Asked for a Managers email but nothing. Shocking to mislead people on a website an brochure!
