1) Stylist, Terry, did not know how to do a simple high bun using clip in extensions and asked me, the client, how to do the style. She then attempted it and failed miserably but still charged me R460.
2) This she did whilst swearing and complaining about how clients think she doesn't have a life.
3) She asked me if i brought an elastic with to tie my hair up with because the salon didnt have one.
4) The owner, Georgina, spoke a great game about her extensive experience in London salons yet she stood outside the front entrance of the salon with her friends smoking and laughing hysterically whilst her stylist battled inside to do a simple hairstyle.
5) Just Georgies is a filthy little hair salon that smells like food and stale cigarettes. Despite having worked overseas, the owner has no idea of how a decent salon is run. The staff are poorly trained and are unprofessional. It is an Eldorado Park salon that has somehow made its way into Rosebank and is charging Carlton prices for pathetic, second-rate service. A more unhygienic, trashy salon cannot be found anywhere else.
6) How I wish I'd given my R460 to someone who actually knew what they were doing.
