Bad attitute and unwillingness to help or delive

I booked 2 weeks before the expiry date of 16-12-2013 for my vouchers, and luckily got a booking for the 16th. When i got to the salon, to my surprise, the person who booked me is not in the office and didn't let anyone know. we rescheduled for the 17th. on the 17th i was informed there's no lights in the area and they couldn't help. we rescheduled for the 18th. on the 18th i'm told many stories! 1. there's no more bookings available, 2.the boss said we can't take people who have vouchers, 3. there's a client coming in your slot because she bought a package. Really! so my money and inconvenience means nothing to these people! so I called the boss who responded as the owner of the fone but when i complain he says the owner of the fone is busi with a client he'll call me back after an hour. that was yesterday, i have not received a call even now! their service is rotten!
