I've been liaising with Aviva regarding a booking for myself and 3 of my friends. We were very keen to come into the restaurant and meet for drinks and supper. I asked Aviva if there is availability for the 6th December, she informed me that the restaurant is fully booked (which I understood). My friends and I then rescheduled our appointments and requested to make a booking for 4 on Thursday the 5th December, which Aviva said there is availability (I have the email as proof which was communicated yesterday at 4pm). I emailed her at 6am this morning to confirm the booking and now she tells me they restaurant is fully booked for weeks already. Could she not inform me yesterday? We rescheduled all our appointments now and cleared our diaries in order to meet and have a lovely evening. This is just very poor and BAD service!! I really don't accept this!
