Vending Machine - Milnerton Traffic Department

Hi
You have a vending machine at the Milnerton Traffic department, please fix it!!! I put in R20, and nothing, no coke, no refund, no nothing, zilts. no one around there could assist me, saying that i must phone this and that number, for what, a refund, what about the phone expence i wouldve had if i decided to phone. Its not much to go on about, but 10 people losing R20 sure as would put a smile on your faces, wouldnt it.
