To Whom It May Concern
In response to the complaint placed on this site on 05-11-2013 regarding the rusted and expired can of coke lite in a vending machine... I have made contact with the head office in Athlone, I spoke to 2 managers and not one apoligised instead shift the blame, I did the necessary to stop other members of the public from buying from that vending machine by putting a 'out of order'sign up on the machine and alerting the staff... one of the managers took my number but up to this day I haven't received any response...
