GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! READ THE LEGISLATION THAT IS RELEVANT TO YOUR INDUSTRY AND STOP HARRASSING PEOPLE DURING WORKING HOURS WHICH YOU ARE LEGALLY NOT ALLOWED TO DO. Your call centre has just called me five times in the space of ten minutes whilst I have been in a meeting!!! You people are ridiculous. What is so difficult about calling someone during lunchtime like I have asked you fifty million times. You are calling me about an account which was paid to someone else. Please explain why you expect me to pay this twice???
