I did a booking in advanced for December, unfortunately the polite receptionist was not there when I called the day before my appointment... The owner id the most rudest person I've ever spoken to, apparently there was no booking for me, and this I can't understand as I went into the branch and made the booking myself and paid so this was very hard to understand. For a Beauty salon that is so well presented and so well advertised there service and attitude stinks. Instead of resolving the issue the owner shouted at me as if I was the one who was in fault. I'm am disgusted with the service of this place and I can't believe this is the type of service and attitude Owners or staff have towards their clients whether if you are paying R10 or R10000 for something you are still paying for a service not a stinking attitude, the only good thing is they did refund my money, but I would advise people to not waste your time at this salon, AND THIS IS THERE COMPANY SLOGAN ON THE WEBSITE "We commit to continuously exceed our customers' expectations"... Really now
