We installed a pool from Spalshpool a year ago. Cost me R47, 000.First it was horribly uneven, then they ripped it out and re did, paving I have had redone 7 times in a year and is still shocking, because of initial work. All pipes have leaked to date and have had to be replaced. Weir is terribly skew and has to be replaced. Heater has packed up twice and being replaced by me. Wiring is terrible and does not comply. Solar panels have packed up, and all piping has come loose. Overflow runs into my sewage which is illegal. Every time I call Richard he has some excuse about his car breaking down or a family emergency or something..without fail. I have had attitude, excuses and really bad service all round. and basically we really hate our pool and am considering a very expensive lesson by ripping it out and putting a new one in. Richard told me that his CV is with my word of mouth, well here it is. DO NOT use splashpool at all. There workmanship and aftersales service is the worst I have ever come across and this is my 4th pool ive put in over the years.
