I will never refer anyone again to make use of the Splashpool Company in Centurion. The after sales service is totally unacceptable! We installed a swimming pool with solar panels in 2011. With great shock I realized that the solar panels wasn't properly installed. It was packed with stones and fasten with a rope on the roof! This I saw they day after the storm we had last week in Centurion. I called the Splashpool agent (Richard) in Centurion asking them to come and fix the problem as the solar panels was lying in my swimming pool because the wind blew it off the roof. Up until today have not heard anything from them. Such a shock.
