BAD SERVICE, POOR WORKMANSHIP & BREACH OF CONTRACT

We purchased a pool from [URL Removed] They started installation 11/12/2013, there was no supervision/management on site. The guys worked unsupervised, this resulted in filling up the pool only to realise when it was full that the shell was skew. They then emptied the pool again. We informed them (due to lack of supervision) we are going to deduct R300 for the water. On 25/12/2013 the paving around the pool started to collapse, we informed them and they promised to come fix it on 13/1/2014. Our electricity also started tripping every time the pool pump runs because they didn't fit a circuit breaker as per the quote which we have paid in full. We also noticed cracks in the shell which have been patched up badly but not mentioned to us. We have bought all these issues to their attention, the response was a threat that if we don't pay the R300 our guarantee will be cancelled. We paid R300 on 18/1/2014. After a month of fighting with them, they fixed the paving on 29/1/2014. Despite various emails and phone calls they haven't attended to the cracks or fitted the circuit breaker which has been paid for. The so-called "guarantee" as far as we know it, is a bogus and a lie.
