I ordered a swimming pool to be fitted and paid cash for it. What I got is poor workmanship on the paving around the pool. Clearwater pools used river sand as grouting under the coping even between the bricks. The sand is now being washed away by the water and dropping into the pool. The paving furthermore is fitted on top of grass roots and the grass is starting to protrude from underneath the paving.
Furthermore the pool pipes came loose causing water to splash over the DB Board resulting in power tripping at night from my house. All this happened last week Friday.
I reported the matter since Friday and followed up on Monday 11 November. I spoke to Gary who said that a team will come on 12 November to fix the problems. I waited and called and Gary said the team is on its way but in vain. I waited and called over and over to his cellphone but no reply.
At the time of writing this email the pool is full of sand perforating from the paving, the pipes are loose... I cannot and have never used the pool I paid for. The supplier is not responding to my calls
