The feed back regarding my complain I got back did not help me much. I did everything like they told me to do and I still NOT happy with the product cause both of them dont work like it should work. After doing what I was told to do the one ice cube broken and I had to throw it away. I really think it is very rude to tell me I must take it back where we brought it from and ask them to check it why must I drive around to sort the problem out driving cost money and time. It is your product that does not work. So you telling me that me, my husband and my friend that lives across the road dont know how to read and follow instructions. I really think you need to jack up your service levels cause I will never buy a product that you advise as it is a lie. Brought another product from you that I will never have to replace u know what it does not cut and is it rusting away. So what is that all about. I m very upset with your respondse back. You need to something about it not me.
