Our company booked a Toyota quantum CM00RKGP in for repair after it had been in an accident
this was a few months ago
the person responsible at the above collision repair centre is never available and when we call I can alwys hear him in the back ground telling the receptionist to say "no time frame on completion "
they always have the same answer and never know when the van will be done
I have to keep calling and no one will give us a call back or update us with the progress
Being in the service industry my self I can just say that I have come across bad and putrid service but this is by far the worst
expecting a reply from these people is most likely a long shot as well
