I'm trying to do just what Sanral expect us to do! THEY DO NOT COMPLY AT ALL!! I"ve been battling sins the 3rd of this month to re-register a new e tag because other one got lost when I moved over to another house. Every time you want to check OR do something on to your account online the main screen jumps to login! II cannot register the new e tag on to my vehicle but they charge you for services that DON'T exist!! WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH SANRAL!!? Seem that this is a BIG issue and a GREAT concern to the South Africans who just want to do right! do not even bother to phone them because you will not win back your airtime!! It is just a phone line to listen music that in any case you must just pay for!! IN other words, they know just how not make your days better!!!
