I bought a Easy vac at Game in Kenilworth Centre on 1 July 2013. Only 8 weeks later the clip that holds the foot onto the pole had snapped so when I took it back to game I told them I wanted to return the machine and wanted a refund. They refused to give me a refund but replaced the parts. Again only 10 weeks later the same thing has happened.
I submitted a complaint on your website on 18 Nov 2013 and I haven't heard a single thing (other than an automatic reply).
Its completely unacceptable. I don't have any carpets in my entire house so there isn't any strain or pressure on the foot and there is no reason why this should happen.
I don't think its fair to expect me to keep a machine that is poorly manufactured. I expect to be able to return it and receive a refund!
