Our Kwikot geyser at home burst last night. I was unable to read the serial number from the geyser, but Veronica went out of her way to search for our records on their system. Usually I cannot be helped without that serial number, but Veronica made the effort!
The call was logged and I received a call from the technicians within a few hours. They were friendly and well mannered, and worked quickly.
