I have only started using Interpark services last month and was quiet happy with it till last week when I was given a letter telling me that I will no longer be parking there as from December 2013.
Despite my attemps to get ahold of Martins who is the 'Operations Manager" for the area, I was left stranded this morning with no where to park. I tried calling him again but he did not answer the call and till now still has not returned my message. I even called the emergency number and the head office number and no one seems to know anything!! I have left my number now with 3 people - Martins, Louie and Rose, the last two promised to get someone to call me. I'm still waiting.
For an organisation this big to 'loose' sight of its paying customers is concerning. I think that instead of trying to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves I should rather just give notice, hope I get my deposit back and go back to catching the Gautrain as usual.
