Interpark
Ill treated by Security guard& Interpark employees

On 11/12/2012 my vehicle was clamped without a valid reason, I say this because after I called centre management and was assisted by Musgrave centre supervisor and Interpark employee [LWANDILE] they confirmed there was no valid reason warranting the action taken. This is after 1hr and 30mins of ill treatment by [Thandeka and Mduduzi ] Interpark employees who I expected to deal with the matter fairly. The parking lot security guard without shame indicated to Interpark personnel the reasons he instructed them to clamp the vehicle neither were logical or professional. He stated that we did show him respect so he wanted to prove a point and Interpark assisted him in doing so. As upon our return we found a ticket for "PARKING ON A RESTRICTED AREA" with a R300 fine. Interpark staff were rude, even went as far as bribing us to pay R150 for them to release the vehicle. I contacted Interpark head office for advice on correct channels to log a complaint on Wed 2012-12-12 11:49 AM, Carmen Morrison responded by referring me to Chris Wheeler on 12-12-2012 7:54 PM who referred me to Nivesh Bhana [operations manager - Interpark- Musgrave] on 14 December 2012 8:50. NO RESPONSE TILL THIS DAY!
