When the retailer, whom I bought a piece of furniture from, delivered it late, damaged and blamed the manufacturer-Dustay Manufacturers saved the day. Whilst the retailer avoided me, shifted the blame and -Dustay's owners and managers spoke to me and wanted to understand my complaint. They sent out there supervisory carpenter to see how they could help. When they gauged that the product could not be fixed satisfactorily they promptly put in a new order for my product which was delivered in the week they promised. They were open, honest and true to their word. A company I would gladly do business with again!
