I am exasperated and disappointed by the bad service I recieved from one of your managers from the Lenasia branch manager. She insisted that I cannot be assisted with a matter that I enquired about, I thereafter called the Lonehill branch and I recieved the help that she insisted was impossible.
I dont compromise regarding service and competency, I dont think I was assisted in the best possible way and I would like her to be reprimanded. I will take this matter further should I not recieve communication that she will be reprimanded. I wa informed by the lady at Lonehill that the Lenasia PO was in a position to tap into the system and inform me how much the disc will cost but clearly she chose not to assist me in that regard.
I called after I recieved assistance from Lonehill, she maintained that it is impossible for me to know how much my car disc will cost. Now she gave me the securtiy excuse! What is confidential about the cost of my car's disc! Like maybe I dont get it!
I was upset by her attitute, hostility, stubborness and her unwillingess to assist me!
