I was recently at the Lonehill PicknPay when one of the goods i was purchasing was swiped with the wrong amount due to barcode. The manager refunded me and then gave me extra to cover the card swipe cost, petrol and cost of paying funds back into my account.
He went out of his way to help me without any questions and in the past this branch seriously lacked stock and often had shelves empty. Its so nice to see such a great turnaround with full shelves and stock.
