I had an oven problem where my oven wasn't heating up. I called aaa home services and they came on the 27th of October 2013 and fixed it (they replaced a thermostat). I used it the weekend and it was fine.
I tried to bake 2 weeks later and failed to work, I called aaa home services several times and they said they would send an electrician and none has come to date.
The last call I made I spoke to a lady named Ellen from customer services who assured me that the electrician would come, still nothing.
This is a return job and they should either fix the oven or refund my money.
This is daylight and consumer abuse.
