If I was disappointed and angry on Friday 15 November when I submitted a complaint about the Wynberg Post Office wanting identification for parcel collection without having asked for it, I am now disgusted with the Post Office's lack of customer care. Despite being listed on HelloPeter as one of the companies that responds to complaints, I have to inform you that after 7 days I have had no response from them.
