You have listed me on XDS years ago yet you don't update your system. Even after calling you get agents who cannot find the amount in the system. After kicking up a fuss you do 'update' the status but now 18 days after the so-called update the status is still not updated. You are quick to list but tardy to update. Your lack of service delivery affects our credit rating. Instead of passing the buck - try and assist your sales reps...
