You guys have the most ridiculous call center? How do you actually get any business done? How long must a person remain on hold for an operator? How can I resolve account queries if I cannot get through to your operators? The Metro is very efficient when sending people out to disconnect services. I have been waiting months now for resolution on a water claim - All my queries remain unanswered.
