I had two queries with Eukanuba. First one was regarding their Loyalty Program. In a couple of minutes, after I send an e-mail, Sunelle de Pierres came back to me. The issue was resolved immediately and she was such a friendly person. Excellent service from her! My second issue was regarding their Promotion. Vicki Blom contacted me also within a couple of minutes after receiving my e-mail. She really went the extra mile. She contacted all the Vet Shops personally, and contacted me with a name where I can pick up the food with the "tin promotion". It is not every day that I receive such excellent service from a company. Not only once, but twice. Thank you so much to both ladies!! My doggies also say Woof Woof and *wagging happy tail*.
