I am impressed

I contacted the call centre (0800 11 22 88) this morning regarding a promotion currently running at Pick 'n Pay.
I had the priviledge to speak to Clinton, who promised to call me back with the details I required.
Having dealt with call centres before, I thought to myself, I'll never hear from Pick 'n Pay.

Not even 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was Clinton, with all the information I needed.

Thank you Clinton for the excellect service and turn around time, I hope that your manager and Pick 'n Pay realises what a gem you are.
