I ordered Eukanuba dog food through [URL Removed] since their prices are very good and they offer free delivery. My order was promptly delivered 3 days later, but a mistake was made - I was sent Eukanuba Sensitive Joints instead of the Sensitive Skin I ordered. I sent an email to them and in less than an hour a person was here to exchange the dog food with the correct type. I don't know how they did it since they operate out of Cape Town and I'm in Pretoria, but it's truly excellent service and I can highly recommend them!
