I would like to know how this institution can be allowed to run and manipulate our lives. They don't update one's personal information, they don't EVER respond on queries, yet, when you need to be judged (credit wise), this is where they turn to?
I have emailed, called so many times it is not funny, no response. My profile looks like it hasn't been updated in months. What a joke. I wish I could do something about this!
