Conway Photography, who I had hired to take my wedding pictures this July have disappointed me with their unconcerned and untrusthworthy business ethics. I received my album on October 18th with over 6 errors. Pictures I had not selected had been featured together with appalling layout errors. I explained my concerns and they eventually agreed to reprint my album when they realized that I would not accept any other alternative. Wade Conway explained their financial concerns and indicated I would receive my album mid November. Today I sent them a friendly e-mail to follow up and the response I received was unacceptable. Since they still do not have the "money" and had other albums to print (5 albums) I would have to wait. Please note that I paid for their photography services at the beginning of July (prior my wedding) and ensured that the overtime was paid on the Monday following my wedding. I deserve to have a photo album reflecting the best day of my life instead I find myself in a struggle for something I have not only paid for but also assured I would receive when booking this service.
