My brother, David Fernandes got married last year 15th September, and contracted a wedding photographer, Chantelle Flores from Kzara Visual Photography, to capture his special day.
A 50% deposit was requested to secure booking and the balance was due and paid the first week of September 2012, as stated in the contract.
As also stated in the contract the wedding album would be delivered within 6 weeks after the wedding date.
Months have gone by and since then lawyers letters have been sent but to no avail, requesting either the album or a refund, which was promised and never done, Kzara Visual Photography continues to trade even after being unethical in her business practises.
Her facebook page advertises her business with the following contact numbers 079 502 6077/011 432 1159, email address [Email Removed] which none of the above numbers are ever available.
If anyone knows on how to get hold of her please let me know, as we have been trying now for months.
People need to be aware of who they contract for their special day, as a wedding day is a once in a lifetime celebration and its so heart breaking to have people like this ruining your memories.
