On sturday 09.11.2013 i went to register to vote at primary school in makhaza where i was accompanied by my girl friend, i entered at the room where registration was taking place and i was asked to register at the gate first before ican register for IEC where there was a group on ANC people, i did not think there was anything that was amiss until later in the day when i had a conversation with my other friend who said to me when you register at the gate it means you are going to register for that party, i find it misleading, improper and disgusting on the part both the iec staff that tells people to and register at the gate and also for the anc people to withhold information such as that because had i known that i was registering there to say im going to vote for a party would have not done so as im not interested in putting my name on an anc voters list nor any political party for that matter, people should be given the correct information and i want my name to be removed from that anc list from the people who were sitting by the gate.
