I saw the advert for Micah kitchen in Homemakers Fair magazine which advertises that Micah kitchens is a 25 year valued advertiser. Jason came on 10 October 2013 to measure up the kitchen and all bedroom cupboards in the house so he could draft a design and quote. He had my contact details and email address and said it would take about a week to get back to me. I explained that if it took a few extra days it would be fine. After a week and a half I contacted the office and left a message for him. Another week later I phoned again as I had no reply. The receptionist assures me he received the messages and yet to date I have not had any communication from him. If you dont need the business dont waste people's time in coming to get measurements and advertise that clients should speak to one of your "highly trained design consultants"...
