Poor after sales

I built a house in Serengeti and got Micah Kitchens to fit a kitchen. They were not the cheapest, but came recommended by other people from the estate. Once the kitchen was fitted and paid for, we moved into the house in the 2nd week of June 2013. In the 3rd week of June 2013 we noticed quality issues with the kick plates wobbling and drawers not opening properly. I contacted them 10 times in the past month via telephone and e-mail and to date had no response. I phoned them again on the 30 July 2013 and expressed my discuss at the poor service and lack of response and after sales. Werner said that they are looking into the matter and will respond as soon as possible after discussing it with management. How can you not respond in a month. Are they to busy or are we as customers not important enough? It is unacceptable and I need to warn prospective customers to avoid being caught by their promises. Once they have their money we as customers do not seem to matter to them!!!
