In Total Shock

We are renovating our home in Parkhurst, & as people do you shop around to try & find the best suppliers, quality ect. I contacted 4 Kitchen Companys which i think as a client i have a right to get more then 1 quote. Three of the companys got back to us ASAP & supplied us with a quote, friendly, efficient service. When it came to M & R Kitchens Heleen phoned me & asked me what my budget was. I explained to her that budget was not a issue. She then asked if i would be willing to come to their show room, which i said of course as i was really looking for the perfect kitchen. She phones me a day later to let me know that my quote was ready, i politely asked her to please e mail the quote to me. Well this lady went off at me like crazy saying that she told me that if she did a quote i had to come to their showroom she would not e mail it to me. i then told her that i would like to see the quote first. Well to cut a long story short she was so rude & told me they do not deal with clients who are shopping around. M & R Kitchens have no idea of customer service or how to deal with clients. Never the less we gave our business to a professional company. M & R Kitchens waste of time.
