I reported by means of calling and sms to Escom in Bizana EC about the thunder that left many residents at Ndakeni Location without electricity the pole was burnt. One of the occupants went to Bizana to report and they came after some time and sort him out ONLY him and they said who ever is having a similar problem they must go to Escom in Bizana and report. Can you believe that kind of attitude to Escom workers mindly that place is a rural area and to go to Bizana is a mission and they new about this problem But they left us unattended what terrified me most is the fact that I called and we're in the same street as this man that went to Bizana. This is the third day without electricity they don't care and they are using company resourses for their own benefit. Kindly assist we don't deserve such treatment from Escom employees. And the calling and smsing is not working for Escom they're just waisting our airtime for nothing
