Terrible service and incorrect goods being delive

I ordered my gown with them and they made the wrong gown,
It was the wrong design. I ordered 5 of my bridesmaid dresses with them in august and they are still not here, yet they told me it takes a week. They are the worst bridal shop In Johannesburg, they have been giving me excuses after excuses and they have caused me so much stress before my wedding, do yourselves a favour and stay away from them, their service is disgusting and they are very unprofessional. The only way to get anything done with them is if you throw a tantrum or cry, you really don't need that when planning the most important day of your life
