My husband and i have both inquired only about their services, None of us gave them authority to debit either of our accounts. I have called in three days after we inquired to make sure they cancelled the application and that we are not interested anymore as we have done our homework on them. They than after 2 months debited my account as well as my husbands account. I would like a cancellation letter and apology and my money and his to be refunded back to us ASAP. I will take this further if nothing gets done. I will make my means to go to the extreme and even go to 3rd degree about them. they want to get rich with other peoples income, They must have proof that we signed anything with them. And now when i try and call the number stays engaged 011 402 3160 and eve 011 402 5995. Please help i need my money refunded and i will report them to the ombudsman.
