On Wed 30 Oct 2013 we went to hire 3 small baby blue and black waist coats, for a wedding that's on Sun 3 Nov 2013. Jesse told us they have one in the store, another one is in Somerset, then a third one will be white on the back. We compromised for that, though it changed the colour scheme. He promised to call early on the 31 Oct 2013 to collect the ohe in Somerset. Fri on 1 Nov 2013 he calls at 11h43 to say they do not have the third one in Somerset as he guaranteed us. I said to him that is not my problem. He was suppose to call me on the 31 as he promised and he did not. Now he tells me there's nothing he can do 2 days before the wedding. I asked him to hire it in another place and sort us out. He refused. As l was talking to his manager and him, they just kept on passing the phone to one another even before l finish talking. I am very disappointed at their service.
