We bought a tent at the Getaway Outdoor Adventure show at Lourensford (Somerset West) on Sunday 17th March at the Outdoor Warehouse stand. We were informed that they were out of stock at the show but Tygervalley (closest to our home) will have. The cashier said she would inform Tygervalley. At Tygervalley branch Tarquin said they don't have stock. She then assured me that she will contact their supplier and get one on Monday 18th and deliver it to my house. After popping in at the branch and several phone calls 3 days in a row, no feedback from Tarquin, on Wednesday afternoon I was assisted by Enwill, who promised to sort it out and come back to me. After 2/3 hours he informed me that Somerset West branch has one in stock and he would have to try and somehow get it to Tygervalley on Friday the 22nd. I said I would pick it up there myself on Thursday 21st. I was assured that Alvino would assist me at Somerset. At Somerset, Alvino was not in the store and no-one was aware of the pick-up, but Aadam who spent quite a while on the phone to Tygervalley to get confirmation from them, eventually got confirmation and gave me my tent. Will never visit/recommend them to anyone.
